After a day of adventures in Canaan Valley, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace π₯ or take a dip in the private hot tub while enjoying beautiful views of the woods and wildlife off the large back deck. This one-level home sits on 2 acres and is perfect for multi-generational gatherings.
Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room
The fully updated and outfitted kitchen includes everything to cook your own gourmet meals π or head out to one of Canaan's great restaurants. All appliances are updated including a gas stove top and Bosch ultra quiet dishwasher. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings includes a large kitchen fully open to the dining and living rooms. The large dining table seats 8 with room at the counter for additional people.
Den/4th Bedroom
Off the living room is a den/family room with its own wood stove π₯, TV πΊ, a set of twin bunk beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, and an attached half-bathroom π½. This is a great space for teens or a family to stay as it has a door creating a private separate bedroom. There are plenty of games and puzzles for guests to enjoy.

On the opposite side of the house are 3 additional bedrooms.
Primary Bedroom & Bathroom: Queen bed π, sliding glass door overlooking the woods π², access to the hot tub, and adjoining bathroom with double sinks and large shower with rain shower head πΏ.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy the back deck in any weather with a hot tub π©±, dining table for 8, Adirondack chairs, and a charcoal grill in the driveway. Roast marshmallows in the large fire pit π₯. Watch deer roam through the yard.
Gated Neighborhood
We are located in the mountainside portion of the gated Old Timberline neighborhood, just 1.5 miles from Timberline Mountain ski area β·and 1 mile to the HOAβs private Dolly Sods Wilderness area π₯Ύ access.
Basic Rules
No smoking on the property include outside areas. No pets of any size or type. Primary guest must be 25 years old or older and must be on the premises whenever the home occupied. Violations will be charged at $750 per incident.
