Our 2-bedroom/2-bath villa is nestled among luscious foliage, pristine landscaping, majestic oaks, tropical palms, and gleaming lagoons inside Shipyard Plantation. Shipyard Plantation offers a haven for vacationers to truly relax and enjoy the Island with award winning golf courses, miles of winding paved pathways to walk/bike, the world renowned Van Der Meer, tennis club, the Sonesta Resort, outdoor activities, and sandy beaches.
This second-story condo offer the comfort of new furnishings, Smart TVs, new hybrid premium mattresses, and a completely stocked kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room is equipped with an extra long sized twin over queen bunk bed that has a trundle. The guest room can sleep up 4 people and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the main living room.
The beautiful deck overlooks the 6th fairway of Shipyard’s Galleon Golf Course. You can sit outside and watch the golfers tee off while sipping an your favorite drink!

The tranquil setting of our condo is located within footsteps to the community pool with a bubbling jacuzzi. Our location is also a bike ride away from the main shops/restaurants at Coligny Beach.
We are easily accessible on the South end of the Island by the Cross Island Parkway and Route 278 (Hilton Head Pkwy). We are only a quick drive away from the famous Sea Pines/Harbor Town area where you can stroll among shops, feast on delicious seafood, and climb the 114 Lighthouse steps to enjoy harbor views! The Salty Dog Cafe is near Harbor Town as well - don’t leave for home without your Salty Dog T-Shirts!! Water sports and water activities are conveniently located inside Harbor Town, or at Shelter Cove.
