Location is everything, This house is behind Alamo draft house. Gibon's bar. Soto sushi, Tiny pies all in the area- a few blocks away... Hot from the fest? need a break - walk back and take a dip in the simi private pool. ( pool is shared w/ Casita guest only) Saxon pup, Broken Spoke, Barton Springs- .5 miles- this unique house honestly ( fellow travelers we've all been there) my home truly is less than half a mile acl downhill. The pictures don't do it justice. I'm just not gonna be here for acl and to be honest I could use a little cash.😊
