Also a 2 minute walk out your front door is Garden City Arcade, Gigi's Grill, Yum Yum IceCream Shop, Causeway Grill & Pizza, & Sams Corner (Home of the FootLong HotDog) or Take a nice stroll on the Causeway Marsh Walk for a beautiful scenic view with all kinds of birds and wildlife. Ground Level Storage Room with Beach Chairs and Kids Toys. Covered Parking Under Building or outside in front of building. Provide Parking Pass and Return to Fridge upon Departure. Summer months of June and July we rent Saturday-Saturday with a 10% discount.
2 minute walk to Pier for Fishing, Games, or Dining. Also a 2 minute walk out your front door is Garden City Arcade, Gigi's Grill, Yum Yum IceCream Shop, Causeway Grill & Pizza, & Sams Corner (Home of the FootLong HotDog) or Take a nice stroll on the Causeway Marsh Walk for a beautiful scenic view. All just steps away. Sara J's Marsh Front Restaurant is a 5 minute walk down the Causeway Marsh Walk or jump in the car and be there in less than a minute.
We also have Two 1BR condos directly beside each other, each having 2 Queen Beds if you have a larger group. They are just 3 blocks North, they are on the first floor and sit directly across from the beach VRBO# 2340163 & VRBO# 2396119.
10 minute drive South is Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk with many restaurant options, Huntington Beach State Park, and Brook Green Gardens.
Just North is Myrtle Beach Market Common for shopping, restaurants and movie theatre or Broadway at the Beach has many nice restaurants, local shops and movie theatre also.
Myrtle Beach is home to some of the BEST golf courses, Dunes Golf Club, TPC Myrtle Beach, Arrowhead, Indigo Creek, Kings North, and Myrtle Beach National are just a few of our favorites.
After a fun filled day in the sun return home to unwind in your spacious marsh-view condo watching the herons and pelicans searching for dinner in the inlet from your screened in porch or sit back and watch the 65 inch Smart TV in the Living Room.
The well-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher & microwave make it easy to prepare family meals and gather at the table for four. We have a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee.
The Master BR has a Queen Bed and both lamps have USB charging ports, as well as the alarm clock. There is also a 50 inch Smart TV in the bedroom for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon. No cable service in the Bedroom though. Just Smart TV options.
The Guest BR has a Double Bed with Lamp and Alarm clock both having USB charging ports as well.
