Palm Tree Retreat is a beautiful, luxurious condo in Tupelo Bay Golf Villas located off of Highway 17 Business and 20 minutes south of Myrtle Beach airport. A quick golf cart ride to the Garden City-Surfside Beach line. Surfside Beach is a great location where you are close to the entertainment in Myrtle Beach and restaurants in the “Seafood Capital of South Carolina,” Murrells Inlet. Tupelo Bay is set back from Highway 17 with every pond having a fountain so you cannot hear any traffic.
The condo is entered on the 2nd level but unpacking your car will be a breeze with the provided luggage carts stored at every building under the stairs and an elevator to get you straight to our door. Upon entering enjoy the open floor plan complete with kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and cookware to use during your stay. Outdoor grilling tools and a lighter are supplied in one of the kitchen drawers should you choose to cook at Tupelo Bay’s gourmet outdoor cookout area (bring your own charcoal). Three high top chairs are located at the bar area in the kitchen and the dining room has seating for six. The living room has a 55” Smart TV, love seat, chair, and a pull-out sofa to offer additional sleeping accommodations for 2 guests. At the back of the condo is the Sunroom, which overlooks a pond with fountain, furnished with a couch, chair, desk with chair if a little work needs to be done on vacation. Perfect for a quiet place to sit and drink your morning coffee or catch up on your favorite book!
The master bedroom located at the back of the condo offers a king size bed, seating area, mounted 38” TV, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with double sinks and shower. Two bedrooms are located at the front of the condo. The room to your right offers a king size bed with a 32" smart TV and large closet space. The bedroom to the left has a queen size bed, also with a 32" smart TV and large closet space. Down the hall from the king bedroom is a full bath and past the bathroom is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

If you want to sample some of the top 100 public courses, this is the spot to be. Only 20 minutes to the south is Pawleys Island and 15 minutes to the north are all the great courses on Highway 501.
