Summary: The home its self was beautiful and very clean inside and was well equipped with towels, kitchen items and even paper towels and toilet paper. When we arrived I must admit that the neighborhood wasn't quite what I was expecting but it was quiet enough. The pool is fabulous and the actual pool is immaculate. The area around the pool, the tiki bar and the BBQ area was not as clean as I would have liked. I had to dust and scrub the table outside before we could sit at it. I swept the BBQ area and after that we enjoyed the outside areas very much. I did take my dog, Sydni (8lb Maltese/Shitzhu mix) and was grateful for the fully fenced back yard. There is a swampy area right behind this property and my dad saw an alligator close to the fenced area of "our" space. This made me nervous about Sydni being outside without a leash because she is so small I didn't want her to find the one spot that would allow her to visit the gators. :) There is also a drug testing office directly behind the property and it stayed very busy. The yard was scattered with small downed limbs but someone came and mowed the lawn and got the limbs up abut 3 days into our stay. All in All I do recommend this home to others to stay in. The owner, Shannon was very easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time. It is about 15 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is beautiful and very family friendly. Shannon will take great care to ensure your stay is the best that it possibly can be.
