*No doubt one of our biggest advantages @ THE CABIN BY THE BEACH is that the kitchen is fully equipped for all meals to Enjoy.
We have all cooking utensils and equipment for you to use but will greatly appreciate it if you can clean up prior to checkout and leave all dirty dishes in dishwasher and put all trash in the proper cans on the side of the house.

-WHERE TO PUT TRASH / RECYCLING ?
The trash is located on the right side of the house by garage door . Blue can is recycle and the other is regular garbage.
-CAN I HOST PARTIES OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS?
NO PARTIES or Loud Music is Allowed after 10 PM . Guests listed at the time of checkin will be allowed to enter the property. PLEASE COOPERATE
-What if I do not Clean Dishes?
THIS IS A HOUSE RULE put all Dirty dishes in the Dishwasher Please
-TAKING OFF YOUR SHOES?
PLEASE NO shoes allowed on the beds or furniture or sofa in the house Be Respectful

Only two Pets are Allowed Max their are exceptions to what pets are allowed Please Prior to Booking Contact me so we can discuss the size of the pet. Exceptions will be made upon a request.
