Welcome to this charming home on the west coast of Florida, perfect for a beach vacation. Spend your days on the Gulf of Mexico participating in fun rentals & excursions like parasailing, paddle boarding, surfing, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, golfing & every other waterfront activity imaginable. Stroll downtown Indian Rocks Beach & discover fun attractions, local eateries, arts, & entertainment. At the end of the day after adventuring, relax in the bubbling spacious hot tub!
The Space:
Consists of 2 Twin beds , 2 queen beds , 1 full bed, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a ensuite bathroom. The smart tv in the living room is connected to most of your streaming providers, no cable, of which you may log onto your streaming accounts as well.
Other details to note:
- Hot tub maintenance is on a regular basis.
- The house is ~1100 sq/ft
- We offer two beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 6 beach towels.
- Due in conjunction with the two hurricanes, a side of the fence came down. We are working on getting it fixed. In the meantime, the large cantilever umbrella may be used for added privacy. (Please refer to the picture of the backyard)
- We are under 4 miles to the closest beach, Indian Rocks Beach. Once you get to Gulf Blvd, you also have access to many of the various beaches on that strip!
- The Smart TV is setup with hulu, disney plus, and espn plus. You may also log on to your streaming services as well. No cable.
- The garage is not accessible but if needed, please let us know in advance to get that coordinated for you.
- We do not offer personal toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body soap.
- We have a propane tank for the grill. Guests may fill it with propane in the event that they want to use it and/or if it needs it.
- We supply an ample starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels etc. For extended stays, you may have to purchase if it runs out.
- There is a doorbell camera.
