Our house is located at the corner lot so there are plenty of spacious parking. It's very walkable so you can jog or walk around the community.

1) The Indian Rock beach is a short 15 mins drive (9.4 mile) offer plenty of parking space and fine casual dining options with spectacular sunset view that hard to find anywhere in the nation. From there you can just follow the Gulf Blvd. north or south to get to other beaches within mins
2) Famous Clear water beach is 12 miles away which usually take about 25 mins or less depending on the time of the day.
3) St Petersburg Pier and downtown (24 mins) St Pete Beach (20 mins), Madeira Beach (18 mins), Treasure Island (22 mins)
