From the street level, the top floor has 2 separate bedroom spaces, each with a full bathroom. The unique layout provides privacy and separation between the sleeping areas, each of which has a sitting area. This level has access to a massive balcony that spans the length of the home and overlooks the pool and the Pacific Ocean. From this level, you descend the lower level either through the house or via the exterior staircase.
The main level has the 3rd bedroom, also with an ensuite bath, plus the kitchen, living room, laundry room and another balcony, this one covered and lined with rocking chairs, a hanging chair and a dining table for 6. From the main floor, there are 2 staircases on each side of the home that lead to your private pool, surrounded by lush landscaping and tropical foliage.
