This lake access retreat offers a restful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, featuring access to Lake Anna from the comforts of a private, resort-like community. Dock your boat at our pre-assigned boat slip during your stay. Guests will enjoy access to all the community amenities including a large, sandy beach with a cove for launching kayaks, a playground, a pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, and the community docks, all within a 3-5 minute drive from the house. Always On Lake Time also offers two tandem kayaks for your enjoyment.
Upon arrival, step out of the car, breathe the fresh air, and feel your stresses melt away. Always on Lake Time was built in 2023, and features all the modern luxuries that vacationers desire. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Craftsman style home comfortably sleeps 6 – 8 people and is perfect for up to 3 couples or 2 families with children. Inside, you will find a spacious living room featuring cathedral ceilings, comfy couches, a 70 inch flat screen TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu with live TV channels available, a DVD player, and an electric fireplace. There are several classic board games provided, including games for the littlest family members!
Each bedroom features memory foam mattresses, wood woven roman shades, coastal decor, recessed lighting, and additional ambient lighting for a restful night’s sleep. In the Queen bedroom, there is another flat screen TV to allow for a more personalized entertainment experience. The Bunk bedroom includes a set of bunk beds, one with a Queen mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top, plus room for 2 more children.
The Master bedroom is an oasis of peace and serenity – a little hideaway while the kids play games and watch movies – featuring a King bed, a large walk-in closet, an overhead fan, and an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV. There are two oversized, leather wingback chairs, perfect for reading during the morning light or working remotely with the laptop. The Master bathroom has a luxurious, free-standing bathtub, double sinks, and a large, sit-in shower with a rain shower head, and a separate toilet room.
The kitchen is a Chef’s dream with all the modern upgrades. It comes fully equipped with stainless steel cookware, a large non-stick frying pan, bakeware, serving dishes, cutting boards, a knife set, cooking accessories, outdoor dining ware, a coffee pot, a French press, grilling utensils, a toaster, a slower cooker, a blender, and even a waffle maker. Enjoy cooking with your family and friends and then sit down at the expansive dining table and enjoy a meal together. The dining table has seating for 8!
The garage has been set up as an entertainment space with a ping pong table, dart board, game table, corn hole, and lawn games.There are also two kayaks available for your enjoyment, as well as a kayak rack that straps to your SUV for transportation to the beach. There is a mud room right off the garage with a large shoe rack and caddy for hanging clothing and towels or drop your bathing suits and towels in the washer/dryer set and leave your shoes behind!
After a fun day on the water, gather everyone together for grilling on the deck and an evening bonfire in the fire pit. Roast marshmallows and sing campfire songs. That’s what bonfires are for!
