There is an opulent seating area with an abundance of Florida sunshine coming from the fully furnished balcony that overlooks the private pool. The kitchen has stunning modern touches with a full suite of appliances, dishware, a sweeping countertop with bar seating, and a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, to ensure every guest is fully caffeinated for enjoying island activities. Just beyond the kitchen is an elegant dining room table with a unique chandler and there is a convenient half bathroom and laundry area on this floor.
The primary bedroom has Caribbean ceilings, plush bedding, and an incredible ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an enclosed walk-in shower with a soaking tub. This room also has a private balcony, perfect for night owls who can't get enough of the warm tropical breeze. Two of the guest bedrooms have King beds, and the fourth bedroom has a twin trundle bed. Each of these rooms have bright furnishings that guests are sure to love, as well as ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers or shower and tub combos. For extra accommodation, there is a console bed in the dedicated office space.
