Come stay at SeaTurtle Escape in Anna Maria. This beachfront three-story European style home boasts 4 bedrooms/4 baths. Spread out because this home has over 4,900 square feet with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Pulling into the paver driveway with plenty of parking, you will be greeted with a gated entry of glass insert doors and a tiled foyer. Walk up the curved wooden staircase to the 3rd level or take the elevator. Through a long hallway, you'll enter the private master wing with a hand-painted mural. Master suite has a king-size bed and a stone gas fireplace/sitting area with large flatscreen tv. Open the large French doors to a balcony with seating overlooking the beachfront views of Anna Maria. The his/her closets are cedar-lined, large enough for all your belongings. Step into the master ensuite and you'll find double sinks with sea turtle drainages, jetted tub and large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and spa/steam elements. Level three houses a large laundry room and two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bathroom with a tub/shower ensuite and the third bedroom using a hallway bathroom. On the second level of SeaTurtle Escape, you'll find the main living area with plenty of seating and a telescope to watch the stars over the Gulf of Mexico. A formal dining room for you to host a party has seating for 8 with a Juliette balcony. The kitchen has a large gas stove and griddle enabling you to make pancakes, bacon and eggs for your entire group. Also in the kitchen is a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a wet bar, and plenty of countertops for you to entertain. There are even two counter areas for office/homework seating while you cook. In the butler's pantry, you'll find another washer/dryer for your convenience. The breakfast eating area overlooks the double living room. This allows for plenty of seating to watch television or just hang out. A second gas fireplace and exposed beams gives this home a warm, cozy feeling. Open the French doors for a second balcony of seating/dining area. The outdoor spiral staircase can take you from the pool around to the balcony off the living room. In the second master bedroom on level 2, you'll find a kind-size bed; sharing the hallway bathroom. All closets in the home are cedar-lined. If you must work while on vacation, step into the office/zoom room! You can set up your zoom room for any meetings and utilize the professionally-organized closets for your office materials. This home has so many exquisite finishes - from stained glass doors, amazing light fixtures to Italian inlayed tile.
The first level of this home has a oversized two-car garage and plenty of storage space. The game room, which houses a pool table also has dining seating and changing room before stepping outside to the large, three-level patio. Sea turtle ceramic tiles in the bottom of the heated pool and a spa will give you the relaxed feeling of "living the life." Outdoors is a gas grill, an outdoor sink/counter area, outdoor shower and a pool bath. Take the private path and within steps, you'll be on the white sandy beach of Anna Maria.
