This condo has a resort-like feel in a quiet gated community. With 1,850 sq ft, this condo provides plenty of privacy and room to spread out. This is located on the SECOND floor (no elevator).
The main bedroom features a king size bed, television, private bath, two separate walk-in closets, a walk-out to the lanai, and gorgeous views overlooking the golf course.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television, and the third bedroom has twin beds.
This condo offers two full bathrooms.
This unit is tastefully decorated with a relaxing feel and lives up to the expectations that come with Gulf Harbour living!
This gated community offers complimentary access to the sub-division pool, (We do not have membership to use the Country Club or Sports Membership Pool), hot tub, and outdoor grills.
Gulf Harbour is rated among the top most desired communities within the Fort Myers/Sanibel area. Voted the best water front community in the area its perfect for relaxing or going for a nice walk.
Membership to the country club or sports membership NOT INCLUDED with this condo, but there are many nearby golf courses for your enjoyment.
Spend your vacation time relaxing poolside, or at the beach with only minutes away to both beautiful Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beaches. Visit Time Square at Ft. Myers Beach and buy souvenirs, treat yourself to an ice cream, drinks, or dinner at one of the restaurants/bars and enjoy the sunsets.
With the unlimited dining, shopping and entertainment activities you will want to make this your home for any season!
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES:
BOOKING MUST BE MADE TWO WEEKS or more in advance prior to check-in due to the HOA requirements and screening.
HOA Application Fees (approx $200.00) will be the TENANT'S (renter's) responsibility. The lease (lease is required) and applications are turned into the HOA for approval, AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.
Lease is contingent on HOA approval.
Minimum 30-31 day rental. No pets per HOA, unless it is a service pet, and then you must have a written letter from your doctor (on-line certificates, not permitted). Service Animals must be approved by the HOA Board. An additional deposit may be required for service animals.
Garage not available for use, as we use it for storage. Driveway parking is available.
Full month rental required (i.e. must rent the first through the thirtieth or thirty-first, beginning to end of month). We cannot split months.
