Bellamar at Beachwalk features a private, beautifully landscaped resort-style, gated community with amenities center heated pool, sundeck, spa, clubhouse and fitness room.
Just a short drive to the Fort Myers Beach bridge and the Sanibel Causeway - the gateway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. A $6 toll is required to cross the Causeway, no fee to return. The Fort Myers Beach Bridge is free. Excellent shelling and fishing available on the islands along with golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, kite surfing, and bike riding - just a few of the activities available within a short distance of the condo. The new Fort Myers Beach Trolley station is just 2 miles from the condo - no need to fight traffic at all, just take the Trolley to the beach!
In addition to the fantastic proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Bellamar is just a short car ride away from equally exciting destinations such as downtown Fort Myers Beach - including Times Square; the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
