Gorgeous studio in I'On! High-end complete kitchen (with Sub-Zero), glamorous bath, lovely living & sleeping spaces, "I'OnHaven" is beautifully furnished. Lots of storage and closets; full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, tankless hot water, all included. We've provided a separate desk and comfy leather chair too, for those who'll be working while our guest. A very peaceful office environment!
Outside the front door, the small "deck", table & 2 little chairs give a private spot for coffee, overlooking separate parking court in a shady, secluded setting just minutes to downtown Charleston & I-26. About 650 sq. feet, gorgeous setting!
Neighborhood amenities available to you through the (private) I'On Club, located right in the Neighborhood: tennis on 7 clay courts, 3 pools, fitness programs and equipment, as well as special events. Dining is available through The I'On Porch, as well.
Guest Waiver Pass $50/week/person paid in advance ~ up to 2 persons
Let Owner know if you want the Guest Pass when your make your reservation, which must be arranged in advance. You'll receive a personal fob for your use while with us.
These amenities are provided to our guests through The I'On Club with their Guest Waiver Pass.
