Guests will enjoy their own spacious bedrooms, 8 in total, but also love the gorgeous common living spaces and their comfortable gathering areas that fit the whole family. The kitchen features top of the line appliances, and the dining space invites everyone for what was deliciously prepped there. And don't worry about carrying your groceries up 3 flights of stairs--there is an elevator that services each floor and starts at the second level. The home will have you in awe of its beauty, with ocean views right outside its windows to perfectly complement the coastal decor. Relax in quiet, soundproofed rooms inside or listen to the ocean as the waves crash down onto the shore.
Designed with convenience and comfort in mind, everyone will love their accommodations and magnificent views. The first level is home to two King En Suites, as well as a den with a king sized bed and private bath. On the home's second level you will find three King En Suites as well as one bunk bedroom that includes 2 sets of Twin over Full bunks. Two additional King En Suites reside on the third level.
This well-equipped home has too many extras to name, but some of your favorites may be the large theater room for ideal movie-viewing, a gas grill for an oceanside cookout, an ice machine, laundry facilities with convenient counter space for folding and a rack for hanging clothes, high-speed wireless internet access, flat screen cable TVs, ample deck space overlooking the private pool, and KEES standard amenities. This lovely 8 bedroom home has something to offer every age group and provides guaranteed relaxation soaking in the private hot tub, shell hunting on the oceanfront or enjoying quality time together around your accommodations.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
**For your safety and security, the entrance and back yard to this home are monitored by cameras. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**
