This home is part of a gated neighborhood (with an officer on duty each evening) that sits seven miles east of the University of Arizona. Less than a mile from your door is a shopping center with a grocery store, a bank, a pharmacy, and other necessities. You can walk half a mile south to Morris K. Udall Park and Recreation Center to find racquetball courts, pottery classes, soccer fields, a multi-use track, a playground, and much more. Tee off at the Tucson Country Club or the Dorado Golf Course (both are two miles away), take a day to hike Mt. Lemmon, or visit Saguaro National Park 11 miles east. You'll also be 10 miles from downtown Tucson, where you can catch a show at the Rialto Theatre.
