Bookings for five or fewer people will enjoy main home, which is 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The optional guest house is automatically included for bookings of 6 or more people. Whether or not you use the guest house, you will enjoy exclusive use of the property throughout your stay as the guest house will not be occupied by any other booking.
If you have fewer than 6 people but still desire the guest house, which has a king & single bed, private kitchen/bath, and a huge smart TV, then you may request this additional space for an extra $95 charge per night. Just let us know and we'll gladly accommodate you.The guest home has a full kitchen, bathroom, king-size memory foam bed, a single bed, TV, and more. The main home when combined with the optional guest house offers our guests 4 bedrooms and six beds total. Please note that while this is a one-story home, it does have a sunken living room and some of the areas on the home require navigating a step or two.NOTE: Pool heating may be available as an optional amenity priced separately based upon seasonal rates.
