Our home boasts high ceilings and lots of natural light! You will feel comfortable and at ease because our certified cleaning crew sanitizes all surfaces between each guest!
Kitchen and living/dining areas: Fully stocked with utensils, cookware, coffee etc... We provide wifi and Netflix but feel free to stream from any of your personal apps on our smart TV's
Bathrooms: Fully stocked with extra towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc...
Bedrooms: Spare pillows and blankets in each closet.
Master: King bed with a pull out sofa.
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed.
3rd Bedroom: Bunk bed twin over full and a trundle underneath.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer available for your use.
Garage: 2 Car garage with another 2 spaces in the driveway.
Self check in and check out.
We will provide an access code as well as other check in information a few days before your arrival.
Our community, the Casita at Sienna Hills is one of the premiere subdivisions in Washington, Utah. Settled among the beautiful desert landscape we are only a minute drive to the 1-15 and just 5 minutes north of St. George.
The townhomes here are just a few years old and the pool even newer! You will find serenity and comfort in our home!
*Please be aware the pool will be closed September 3rd-12th, 2024.
Our home is set up to hold 10 people max but that does not include babies. We have a port a crib and space if you bring your little ones!
House Rules

• Do not do any activities that would harm the appliances or furniture in any way.
• We are not responsible for any injury you might sustain while on the premises.
• Do not disturb the peace of surrounding residential property residents by engaging in shouting, fighting, playing of loud music, racing of cars or recreational vehicles on streets, engaging in outside recreational activities after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M or other similar activities.
• Do not interfere with the privacy of surrounding residents or trespass onto surrounding residential properties.
• No pets
• Do not engage in any disorderly or illegal conduct, including illegal consumption of drugs and alcohol.
• Follow all posted HOA and Pool Rules.
Parking: No parking on the street or in the driveway. There are 2 spaces in the garage for your use. If you need another space there are parking spaces on the side of the buildings, which are first come first serve.
Noise: Do Not create noises that by reason of time, nature, intensity or duration are out of character with noises customarily heard in the surrounding residential neighborhood.
To get to the property you will take exit 13 off of the 1-15 and travel east on Washington Pkwy. Go straight through the round- about then you will take a left on Grapevine Crossing rd. You will follow the round about to N. Casitas way and turn left on Casitas Hill Loop. Finally take a right on Holiday ln and we are the first building on the left.
