A table with seating for 6 right outside the back door, makes it easy to spend time outside. Closer to the hot tub, this backyard has a couch and two chairs around a gorgeous outdoor fire pit.
The backyard isn't the only great features this home has to offer. Inside this home you can find the bright, beautiful, brand new large kitchen. Vida Sol has an open concept floor plan, with the kitchen, dining, and living room all sharing the same area! So you'll never miss a moment spending time with your friends and family! Located on the main floor you can also find a full guest bathroom for convenience. This townhome has a large garage you may use for parking, it also includes a ping pong table with paddles, and balls for your use. Upstairs features two Master Suites each with their own private En-Suites, as well as two other rooms, one being the bunk room, and lastly the guest suite.
