Many other challenging golf courses are within minutes. This 1300 square foot condominium is designer decorated and very well appointed with high end furnishings and luxurious bedding! The living area has a new large comfortable sectional sofa with a 55" flat screen TV. The living area is open to the dining area that offers a large table with 8 chairs for family dinners or game night!!! Kitchen is well equipped with new appliances!
Screened patio is directly accessable from living area and master bedroom. Patio offers dining table with 4 chairs as well as a rocking chair. Enjoy coffee in the mornings and your favorite beverage in the evenings from the patio that offers a gorgeous low country water feature! Don't be surprised to see an alligator or two!! The best entertainment may be the golfers on the 17th tee box though!!!
Master bedroom has a king sized bed and overlooks the 17th tee box with direct access to screend patio. Also includes private bath, walk in closet and of course a flat screen TV! Second bedroom has a full sized bed and a twin long bed with full bath and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bath with a flat screen TV!
Our villa includes beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a small cooler so there's no need to pack those items! You will have access to four different swimming pools and hot tubs in the True Blue community as well as grills for outdoor cooking!
Cooking is truly optional though as there is a fabulous restaurant at the club house easily within walking distance that offers both breakfast and lunch! If your golf games needs fine tuning you can take advantage of the Steve Dresser golf academy located within the True Blue community as well!
Pawleys Island and Litchfield beaches are just minutes from the villa! The great seaffod restaurants and the infamous Marsh Boardwalk of Murrell's Inlet are just fifteen munutes away! Enjoy deep sea fishing,fly fishing, boating, sailing, kayaking, jet skiing,biking,tennis and other great activities convenient to our villa!Historically rich Georgetown is a short fifteen minte drive with water front dining and shopping! Head north for just thirty minutes and you will be in Myrtle Beach! Drive south for about an hour and enjoy all that Charleston has to offer!
