Tucked away in central east Austin, Holly sits in a perfect pocket between teeming East 7th Street to the north, residential Govalle to the east, and serene Lady Bird Lake to the south. To the west, the bright lights of downtown (particularly ‘Dirty Sixth’ and Rainey streets) are an easy walk or bike ride away.

When you're not out exploring the streets of Holly, you'll find your own little haven right here. The kitchen, with its generous windows, offers a perfect view of the backyard, which is fully fenced in. And with all that countertop space, new stainless steel appliances and open concept design, you'll be cooking up fantastic meals in no time! Friday nights revolve around the bars on Sixth Street. With the University of Texas and Austin Community College nearby, students go on pub crawls or just enjoy the various nightlife options that the neighborhood offers. One of the most famous bars in Texas resides on Sixth Street, aptly named the Ice Bar. Almost everything inside is made of ice and the bar is, understandably, very cold, so customers are advised to bring a jacket even in the dead of an Austin summer.

Getting Around:

Austin is a driving city: if you don’t have a rental car, Uber and Lyft will be your best friends. Alternatively, you can rent a JUMP bike or scooter and zip around for $0.15 a minute.

2. There is no handrail on the ladder connecting the kids' room to the loft area. Please be careful to avoid any accidents while using it.

4. The bed on the loft is only a day bed, not an actual sleeping space.
5. Please exercise caution to prevent the cabinet door from hitting the fan. The fan is valued at $1,500, and any damage caused will incur charges for replacement.
