Stay in our secluded, cozy "treehouse!" The property got its name due to the big, beautiful pecan trees surrounding the area - you literally feel like you are in the trees. This one-of-a kind stay is located in the most sought after Holly neighborhood with Lady Bird Lake, aka Town Lake to the locals, one block away. Enjoy a unique mid-century, yet eclectic, modern private space (approx 900 sq ft) with a queen size bed located on the third floor in the loft area with its own private balcony and a full size kitchen located on the second floor. There is also a queen size “double decker” air mattress with linens provided that can be set up in the loft or in the living room. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower also located on the second floor. There is also another balcony on the second floor that can be used to wind down, or wind up! The property has an amazing back yard with fire pit and four reclining chairs. There are also four kayaks to use free of charge- one tandem and two singles along with an ice chest and its very own flotation device. There is one parking space available to park in the carport. There is plenty of free street parking available on all adjacent streets. This is a private treehouse townhome and I live in the main house on the property. So I am very close if anything is needed during your stay. There is a gate near the carport to be used for entry and exit. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, brand new refrigerator and full kitchen with electric range. I provide an iron, iron board, towels, dishes, kettle for boiling water and many other household items. Private property with shared outdoors with tenant. I suggest flushing the toilet as you go to prevent any clogging. The shower heats up REALLY fast so I recommend not waiting long before entering it. Speaking of, there is a water filter in the shower as well. Alkaline/reverse osmosis drinking water is located on top of the kitchen counter next to the kettle. Very fast wi-fi - can hold up to 1 smart TV, 2 iphones and 2 laptops all at once just fine! Please enjoy the smart Roku TV with many apps available for viewing. There are also a few games and books located in the cradenza below the TV to enjoy.
