The Space: Welcome to "Farfetched" by Stay Duvet! This stunning, new construction on the banks of the Folly River and just a 5 minute walk from the beach is a true showstopper offering a luxurious home away from home. The spacious 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms can easily accommodate groups of friends or family up to 13 guests.
Step into our lovely home’s main living area, which is perfect for entertaining large groups with a spacious living room and comfortable L-shaped sofa with a large Smart TV loaded with your favorite apps. The fully equipped open kitchen boasts top of the line Wolf/Sub-Zero kitchen appliances and is ready for whipping up elaborate meals or beach picnics. The indoor dining table can seat 10 guests with additional bar seating available at the kitchen island for 3.
The massive windows throughout the property showcase not only the incredible views, but the top tier outdoor amenities. Enjoy our stunning pool and hot tub with unrivaled sunset views over the marsh (the pool can be heated during cooler months for an additional charge). Stay bug bite free in the enormous screened-in porch, where you’ll find a grilling station/outdoor kitchen, dining table for five and a nice seating area to catch a breeze. Take a stroll down the private dock to enjoy the peaceful lapping of the river. Downstairs in the “island basement” you’ll find an additional entertaining area complete with a ping pong table and seating for any spectators. For additional equipment, surfboard, chairs, we have a recommended rental company for beach equipment that has been fantastic!
The primary suite offers a comfortable king-sized bed, Juliet balcony with river views, and a large Smart TV. The beautiful ensuite includes a double vanity and a steam shower that opens into an outdoor shower on a private balcony. Two additional king-sized bedrooms include a large Smart TV and gorgeous ensuites with double vanities and large walk-in showers. The fourth bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a lovely ensuite with a single vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room with one queen-sized bed and three twin beds. Its ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!
*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
