The Space:
One block from Center Street, you are walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the corner market. This comes in very helpful as this area is nearly impossible to find parking. Front door to the sand is less than 300ft. The pier is one beach access down and a great surf spot!
This is a side by side duplex. This side has 2 bedrooms, the master which we call the love nest has a king bed, dual shower, double tub, private balcony with sitting area and the best views of the ocean in the entire house. Also in the master suite is an indoor sitting area and desk with window view. Laundry with full size washer and dryer is at the top of the landing. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with attached and private bath en suite. For extra sleeping, there is a queen blow up mattress you can either set up in the living room, master suite, or at the top of the landing.
