This home offers an impressive three living areas, the first of which you'll find on the first floor, or the entry level. Featuring a plush sofa, and 2 chairs, it's a great place to unwind between trips to the beach. On this first level you'll find three of the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen size mattresses, and they share a full bath with a convenient walk-in shower. The third room has a bit of a luxurious touch with a king size bed and an ensuite private bath with an extra-large tiled shower. Step out the back sliding door and onto the back covered patio with outdoor lounge furniture and a beautiful swimming pool.
Journey up to the next level and you'll be greeted by an open concept living space, encompassing the kitchen, dining, and second living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of counter space, allowing you to make everything from full-blown family dinners to quick snacks. Stainless steel luxury appliances make cooking as easy as the ocean breeze, and the area features lots of natural light. There is a dining table that seats 6-8. There's also 5 counter seats at the kitchen island for hanging out or just sitting and enjoying a beverage!
The second living area is furnished with a comfy sofa, two stylish chairs, and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the outdoor deck, which offers cover for shade, several rocking chairs for enjoying the ocean air, views out to the ocean itself, and a gas grill for BBQing up meals al fresco. There's a master bedroom on this second level, furnished with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and chic en suite bathroom with double sinks and a soaking tub. This bedroom also features access to a private balcony!
Travel up to the third floor, and you'll find a designated hang out area, with a large sectional, TWO flat screen TVs, and a large bar area with stools and a full-size refrigerator! There is also access to the spacious upper balcony, where you can lounge out in the sun and look out over the ocean. The final bedroom is on this level, featuring a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. This vacation home checks all the boxes for a perfect Isle of Palms vacation!
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4-car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental, located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, or other types of larger gatherings.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
