Owner managed. Large classic beach cottage only 90 steps to the beach and only 20 minutes to beautiful historical Charleston! This home has a large private pool (not heated), outdoor shower, and large fenced in backyard for privacy.
Spacious living & dining areas to accommodate all your friends & family. In addition there are 2 large screened in porches (1st floor and 2nd floor) for relaxing or entertaining. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 3 separate dining areas; one is located in the Kitchen, another off the kitchen in Dining room, and the third is located in the living area with view of the pool.
There are 3 Full Baths (two on 2nd floor and one on the main floor, (none are en suite), 2 King bedrooms; 1 has a Daybed and both have TV's, 2 Queen bedrooms; 1 with TV, and 1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds. We also have a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa on the main floor and a Pack N Play available as well. Comfortably sleeps 10 Adults.
There is a large family room that has view of the pool that has additional dining/entertaining/game playing area including large flat screen TV (smart TV), dining table, bar & bar stools. Cable TV, Wi-Fi & secure internet included.
The outdoor area includes a private built in pool (not heated) and outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach! There is more dining space outside (2 large tables & chairs) for al fresco dining, 2 BBQ's; 1 Gas (propane provided) and 1 Charcoal (not provided), multiple loungers in pool area including 3 large Bench Loungers that can accommodate multiple people as well and 8 chaise loungers. For fun there is an "Adult size" Jenga game as well.
We have 2 large screened in porches for additional relaxing or entertaining (1 on the main floor, the 2nd is located on 2nd floor).
Separate building has workout equipment (Elliptical and Nautilus weight stack), and washer & dryer with HD detergent included for your convenience.
The beach house is within walking distance of the small shops, many restaurants (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), bike & paddle board rentals all located in the Isle of Palms village. For added convenience, the grocery store, Harris Teeter, is located within a few blocks as well. The island also has a Recreation Center which has basketball courts, baseball fields, Pickleball, and more...all open to those visiting the island. If you're a golfer, the island has 2 gorgeous courses as well and more options available within 15-20 minutes. My preference is the Beach! Only 90 steps from the house. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from a local provided if desired...they set up and take down for you.
