Welcome to Sea For Yourself, an exquisite 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located on an oceanfront lot in the Oceanridge community of North Topsail Beach with unobstructed views and access to the ocean. The Oceanridge community features a beautiful section of the North Topsail Island shore with wide, pristine beaches, along with an impressive community pool and a private oceanfront view hot tub just .6 miles south of the high rise bridge.
Sea For Yourself has had a complete update from Hurricane Florence. New furniture, new hot tub, many upgrades.
As you arrive at the home, you will notice its coastal Cape Cod style and charm alongside a two car garage beneath, large oceanfront deck, ground level patio area with outside shower with hot and cold running water, and of course the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Upon entering the home, the family can begin to settle in to the tastefully coastal decorated large living/family room, adjoining half bath and adjoining bedroom with shared balcony. There is a large flat panel television with a , Blueray/DVD player with internet connection including Netflix, all that is sure to entertain. With a decorative fireplace for accent only, and beachy accents throughout the room, you may never want to leave. The oceanside of the room is full of large windows that offer guests incredible views of the ocean from every angle. Step out on to the partially covered deck where you will find plenty of comfortable deck chairs and loungers. Situated at the edge of the deck, guest can enjoy soaking in the large Hot Tub while over looking the ocean and sipping on their favorite cocktail.
Off the Living room, on the interior side of the property, you will find a bonus room that offers a Queen Murphy Bed, games and books and a small flat screen cable TV. This room also offers guests access to a street side deck where you can enjoy views of the beautiful maritime forest.
The well equipped kitchen features a smooth top range, new refrigerator, built in dishwasher, large bar/island complete with 'prep' sink all framed by beautiful 'bead board' coastal cabinets. Also guest can now enjoy the beauty of the newly added granite counter tops. Adjoining the kitchen you will find the separate dining area surrounded by large windows with expansive ocean views. There is seating for 14.
On the backside of the kitchen area, you will find the one of the master style bedrooms, complete with a balcony overlooking the maritime forest and its own private full bath.
The upstairs level of the home greets you with custom styled sailboat railings as you walk up the stairs. The large main master bedroom features a king size bed, his and her closets, 32' flat panel television with DVD player, sitting area and luxury bath complete with a free standing tub and shower. Beautiful views down the island can be seen from the large picture windows in the main master suite. Across the hall another master styled bedrooms can be found. This bedroom features another private full bath, large picture windows with small seating area inside the suite.
At the rear of the home, the children will have a blast with a pyramid (double/single) bunk and a regular bunk (sleeps 5), and most important, their own entertainment via flat screen cable TV and DVD player. A full laundry room and another full bath is found at the rear of the home, right outside the children's bedroom.
Early mornings can be greeted from the oceanfront sitting area, perfect for a cup of coffee while watching the shore birds and boats pass by from inside or step out onto the adjoining balcony.
No smoking and no pets. Linens are not provided, however these can be added to your reservation. $396 plus tax, for full linen package. This will be taken care of after booking.
Wireless internet, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, booster seat/high chair, pack-and -play, and a gas grill will help you have a truly memorable vacation.
Refund minus $200 Cancellation fee if able to re-rent property applicable 14 days after booking as per signed contract.
This property requires a 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay during our Maritime, Bungalow and Buccaneer seasons. A 4 night minimum stay is required during our Castaway season.
