Upon entering, guests are greeted by calming, coastal décor accompanied by an abundance of natural light. An incredible outdoor living space with a private pool, built-in outdoor kitchen with a sink and bar, ample outdoor seating options, and direct beach access await you. At the end of the day, unwind with a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the roof top deck while admiring endless breath-taking sunsets.
As you make your way to the main level, you will find an expansive game room along with three bedrooms. The game room features a pool table, foosball table, darts, chess table, wet bar, TV, wine fridge, and oceanfront deck access. Off the north wing of the game room, there is a bedroom with an ADA height king-sized bed, an ADA equipped ensuite bathroom along with a zero-entry walk-in shower, TV and oceanfront deck access. Off the south wing of the game room there are two additional bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom and TV. The ocean side bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed with oceanfront deck access. The sound side bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle.
On the third floor, you will find a sitting area with table and chairs, a TV, and queen sleeper sofa with access to the oceanfront deck. This floor has five bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom and TV. There are three ocean side bedrooms with king-sized beds and oceanfront deck access. One of the sound side bedrooms has a king-sized bed with deck access, and the other street side bedroom has a full over full bunkbed with twin trundle.
