For something a little closer to home, a public dock launch is only a brief walk away, and there is even a one-person kayak you can use for a mellow ride on the water.
The lower level of this beautiful home away from home has smart TVs in every room, a living area with great water views, a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink, and your very own private hot tub on the sound-side deck to take in the sunsets. Don't forget you also have access to a personal elevator for easy navigation.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading upstairs to the middle level to find a stunning open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen. The living room features high ceilings, a gas fireplace, stunning marsh views, and a comfortable sectional. The kitchen has custom cabinets, tile backsplash, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze! Enjoy family meals in the light, airy dining area, which offers sweeping north-facing views. There is also access to two decks, which were upgraded to Trex boards. These decks have a retractable awning to provide shade on a hot day. The owners' suite has excellent water views, deck access, a walk-through closet, and a gorgeously remodeled bathroom with a tile shower, a separate jetted tub, and double vanity sinks.
There is a bonus bedroom on the very top level. It has a convenient desk and an en suite bathroom. Even though this secluded sleeping area is not elevator accessible, it might be just what you need if you are looking for some quiet time to take in the ocean sounds and views from the private balcony located at the home's highest point. Additionally, on the ground level, you will find a patio oasis to relax after a long day, a wet weather entry, elevator access, and a storage shed for beach toys. Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor games, such as volleyball, badminton, and croquet.
