Our Hyannis Harbor Beach House is
so unique. We actually have two separate units, each with unique features. Rate being quoted is for the whole house.
Unit 1 -1st floor-3 bedroom ( master with a king bed, 2 with queen beds) 2 full bath with larger kitchen and dinning for 10 plus.
Outside rear decks on two levels with elevated grilling and dining area on 2nd floor.
Unit 2- 2nd/3rd floor 6 bedroom ( PH 1 king w private deck, 4 beds w queens, 1 bed with twins and loft w 2 futon twins) 2 full bath with smaller kitchen and dining area for 4/7 w bar. Multiple decks and jacuzzi access.
Both units have unrestricted access to great yard and fire pit area.
The Neighborhood:
Great neighborhood so close to the ferry boats, Hyannis Marina and the waterfront with amazing Hyannis Harbor and Lewis Bay views abound, steps from Bayview Beach right on the Harbor!
Getting Around:
Onsite private parking for up to 6 cars also great for day trips to
Either island. Easy walk to steamship
Terminal for the fast ferry.
Other Things to Note:
Unit 2 is available in the off-season, this includes the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Unit 2 is a two level townhouse type unit with 5 bedrooms and two full baths - private 3rd floor king bedroom with twin annex room. Kitchenette, dining area and small living room. Unit 2 offers access to the 2nd floor deck with 200' views of harbor, bay and open ocean and hot tub! Gas grill on back deck. Unit 2 does not have access to washer/dryer.
Unit 1 is a first floor 3 bed 2 bath traditional "beach home" with large multiple gathering and dining areas with peaks of the harbor and the bay.
