Ready for your perfect Cape vacation is a beautiful light & bright contemporary Cape that is tucked away at the very end of a quiet dead-end street. Our spacious 3 bedroom + basement vacation home is just steps to the warm ocean waters on the south side of Cape. Minutes from restaurants, shopping and attractions! The house is full of amenities and is suitable for families vacationing together. Enjoy the ocean breeze having your morning coffee on the deck.
Open floor plan with large well stocked kitchen, skylights (which conveniently open/close with a remote), cathedral ceilings and fans are some of the features of this sunny and beautiful home. The house has central A/C, laundry, and a finished basement with large TV, two twin size beds and pullout couches for extra room.
You will enjoy preparing the meal in this bright kitchen which is open to the dining and to family room and is overlooking a beautiful salt water marsh.
3 bedrooms with queen size beds are bright and comfortoble. Large basement is great for extra guests staying overnight or kids enjoying their time in TV room. 1st floor and 2nd floor has full bathrooms and there is a beautiful outdoor shower.
The 2 decks have fantastic view of the marsh and offer wonderful privacy! Enjoy evenings in your private back yard around a fire pit. Sit and relax in stylish patio furniture and enjoy looking at the abundance of birds and beautiful sunsets over Stewarts Creek. The larger deck has a retractable awning to provide shade in hot summer afternoons.
The house is literally a 5 minute flip-flop walk to the sandy Sea Street (Keyes Memorial) Beach and less than a mile to 'windsurfers paradise' Kalmus Beach. Hyannis Harbor is very close by for fishing or sight-seeing excursions, or a day trip to the Islands. Main Street is a mile away for shopping and dining. Several golf courses are close by. You can see the historic Kennedy Compound from the Sea Street beach (or take a 15 min walk to it) and explore other parts of the Cape from this wonderful Mid Cape location. Enjoy warm waters off the Nantucket Sound, bike rides, walks on the beach or to restaurants and shops, concerts at the Melody Tent, golf and everything else Cape has to offer.
We enjoy spending time in our second home and furnished it with high end comfortable furniture, mattresses and kitchen supplies. We are certain you will enjoy it too!
We only rent to families. No Smoking inside the residence please.
Mattress pads, blankets, pillows are provided. Guests need to bring their linens/towels - contact the Owner if you need special arrangement. We have several beach chairs / umbrella for you to use.
