This Premier neighborhood has sound side kayak/boat launch and private beach access. Either is a 3 minute walk.
Most of the properties on this site in my category, are condos in large complexes. If you want a quieter experience, no children screaming outside your door, no sound through the walls, parking that is your own and right outside your door with no stairs to climb, and only you in the hot tub, then this is the place for you!
People who have pet allergies will be comfortable, animals have never been allowed inside.
