If you don't think you need an elevator - Trust me on move in and out days, you do! Living, kitchen and dining with free standing island on the third floor and one bedroom (Q) with on suite tub and shower combo. Master King bedroom (K) on second floor with double vanity and double walk in shower. 2 queen bedrooms and another bath with double vanity and walk in shower. All rooms have flat screen tvs, sound front views and access to decks with seating. Kitchen with free standing island is perfect for entertaining and includes additional ice maker that makes ice daily. The elevator allows you to include everyone in your vacation plans and really appreciated on move days. New full size front loading stacking washer and dryer. There is a separate fridge with icemaker in the storage room, gas grill, picnic table and outside enclosed shower. You never tire of the sunsets and long range sound views, whether you're in the house or on the decks. I love every inch of this 26 mile long barrier island but it's particularly good to be within 2 miles of the restaurants, bridge and grocery stores at the end of a long day on the beach or to pick up that forgotten item.
