Welcome to Island Escape! The perfect place to relax, unwind and get away from it all!
Our 3 bedroom 4.5 bath home is nestled inside the popular Clearwater Harbor Neighborhood with wonderful amenities including a pickleball court, sand volleyball, basketball court and a neighborhood pool.
The 3-story lakefront home is fully stocked with lake toys, pool toys and anything else you might need to make your time at the lake fully enjoyable.
Island Escape sleeps 10 and has balconies on all levels to soak in the views of Lake LBJ. This home has plenty of outdoor seating and lounging space for your whole group!
For your convenience, a boat ramp is located in the neighborhood and a private boat slip may be available for your use, PLEASE INQUIRE AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Also, you may rent a boat right in our own neighborhood (just inquire at time of reservation).
One of Island Escape's best features is that it is one of a few homes in the neighborhood that provide a unique sense of seclusion as there are no neighbors on the east side of the home.
And for the fishermen in the group we have had many guests and neighbors catch lots of fish at our home! You can fish right off the bulkhead in front of our house.

Level 1: The perfect place to relax and unwind. Grill up your catch of the day on the Big Green Egg. Enjoy the Covered Dining and Lounge Area while watching your favorite sports team on the outdoor TV. Lounge in the Private Pool which can be heated upon request (Heating Fees Apply). A bathroom is off the patio for your convenience.
Entertainment and Activity equipment is found in the garage and includes Kayaks (2), Paddleboards (2), Bicycles (4) Pickleball equipment, Ping Pong, Pool Toys, and a Washer Board game set. Charging plug for EV.
Level 2: The main living area includes a fully stocked Kitchen, Coffee Bar (Keurig & Drip), Full Bathroom, Laundry Room, and Living Area.
Step out onto the balcony where you will find plenty of seating and a Gas Grill. This is our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and the beautiful views of the lake.
Level 3: All 3 Bedrooms and 3 full baths are located on this level along with a bunk bed area with 4 additional beds.
