Welcome to our newly remodeled 4 bedroom home in the arts district where the interior delivers clean lines/surfaces, timeless design & ageless appeal! The whole house has been completely remodeled, furniture, mattresses, linens, etc. are all brand new. yes
The backyard features a large patio, grass area, beautiful pool. Accompanied by 4 chaise Adirondack lounging chairs around a fire pit, lounge chairs by the pool, BBQ, and large out door dining table.
Some other key features are our19ft living room ceiling, new 2nd floor balcony with mountain views, 2 fireplaces & fire pit, and a wrap-around covered patio. Our home is also located directly on the historic Murphy's Bridle Path for walking daily
Outside of our neighborhood, we are very close to great golf courses, in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and The Biltmore Hotel. Not to mention, 20 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to The Phoenix Suns and Diamondbacks. Lastly, some restaurants and local owned eateries include: El Charro, Lons, Steak 44, Postino wine café, Windsor, Federal Pizza, Joyride and ice cream spots are near by. Soon to be accompanied by our favorite OHSO Brewery (NOW OPEN)
Basic Rental Information:

- The pool can be heated during the Winter months when the natural pool temperature drops to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional and available for $95/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. When heated, the temperature will be maintained at 87 degrees.
