• We also ask that pets stay off the furniture during your stay.

1. Absolutely No Parties. We’re committed to being respectful neighbors. If there are any reports of parties or noise disturbances, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
2. No Smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $500 fee will be charged, plus the full cost of returning the home to its original smoke-free condition.
3. Backyard Safety: Our backyard is not fenced and sits directly against the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Please use extra caution with children and be mindful of local wildlife.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold.
