Situated in a very quiet, security manned lane off Kaya Aya (‘Eat St’), Villa Desa is less than a 3 minute walk to Champagne Bar and La Favela and 5 minutes to Mama San. Ku De Ta and Seminyak beach are less than 1 kilometre from the property and Seminyak Square Shopping Mall is 500 meters. It is conveniently situated only 7 km's from Ngurah Rai Airport.
Villa Desa is the perfect place to relax while away from your busy life. You will experience the best of everything this area has to offer, and all within a stone’s throw from your Bali home.
For your added surety a recently installed water purification system provides safe water for you and your family. The system has been connected to all outlets (including bath/shower) and allows you to DRINK DIRECTLY FROM ALL TAPS!
Villa Desa boasts three bedrooms, two queen rooms and one twin, each with ensuites. A fold-away bed is available for each room at an extra charge. The lush, paved and private high-walled garden features a beautiful swimming pool, day bed, sun lounges and outdoor beanbags. The home has ceiling fans throughout, including all bedrooms which also have air-conditioning and smart TV’s to each room as well as the main sitting room.
Your stay includes daily house keeping, beach towels and bath robes, Wifi, HD Prime (from January) and a very comprehensive Villa manual outlining everything you need to know for your Bali holiday, from restaurant recommendations to the best shortcuts to get where you need to go!
