The first floor features a Living Room with sofa and club chair seating with gas fireplace. The open Dining/Kitchen Area is adjacent to the Living Room around the center hallway stairs. The Kitchen anchors one end of the space, while a bright Sunroom anchors the other end, with the Dining Area in the middle. The Chef's Kitchen has commercial stainless appliances, center prep island/breakfast bar, and stone counters. The Sunroom has three walls of glass windows, wicker seating, and views over the backyard and Pool Area.
There is a first-floor Primary Bedroom. It has a deluxe private bath and a private door that leads out to the Hot Tub Area and outdoor shower. The first floor also has Work Area/Office with desk. The other outdoor spaces include: the heated 16 by 40-foot saltwater pool with bluestone patio; a separate 6-person Hot Tub Area with pergola; a Fire Pit Area with Adirondack chairs; and a large bluestone patio just off the back of the house with outdoor Dining and Lounging Areas. The home has just recently had a solar power system added as well.
There is a nearby association tennis court that is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The bike path is at the end of the road, and Morning Glory Farm is less than a mile away.
NOTE: POOL & HOT TUB - Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent for August. The separate Hot Tub temperature is controllable by the renter (typical heat range is 101 to 104 degrees). If you would like the pool heated to 81 degrees in June or September, there is an additional fee of $250/week.
