5 Bedroom House in Sonoma Ranch, Gilbert
Downstairs: As soon as you walk in you'll see our beautiful wall for your Social Media needs right next to our pool table & dining table. To the right will be 1 of our spacious bedrooms as well as a full bathroom. We have a gorgeous kitchen with all the utensils needed to make a delicious homecooked meal & another dining table for all your guests. A spacious living room with a large smart TV for Hulu, Netflix, etc. Inside the TV stand we have a Wii Console & all our board games (Dominoes, Connect 4, Chess, Uno, Operation, Jenga & Playing Cards). One of the couches turns into a bed as well.
Office Space - We have an office space in the living room; table, internet, lamp & an outlet right underneath the table.
Upstairs - to the left will be the Master bedroom with a walk-in closet, enormous bathroom with separate room for the toilet. The 3 remaining rooms are to the right of the stairs with each enough space to sleep 2 people if needed as well as another full bathroom & more cabinets.
Patio - Outside you'll see a brand new grille as well as a firepit & games to entertain you during your stay (cornhole, mini golf, board games). Beautiful lighting to keep the night bright while you enjoy the gorgeous weather.
Pool - We have a beautiful pool along with toys for your entertainment (Basketball Hoop, Volleyball Set, Splash Football).

#1 Locals must communicate before booking.
#2 No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.
#3 Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.
#4 There can not be more than 16 people in or on the property at any one point in time.
#5 Quiet hour starts at 10:30, Guests will respect and follow all community guide lines listed inside the home or on the property.
#6 You agree to following fees:
a) No Smoking: $200 for each day you are in the house smoking.
b) Check out is by 11 AM: $50 if your checkout is unauthorized.
c) $35 per each undeclared guest per night.
d) Tampering, disconnecting or disabling WI-FI, smart locks, smart thermostat and security cameras $100
e) Guest with no reviews may be required to complete a guest screening and pay up tp a $400 deposit that will be fully refundable at the end of the stay.
f) No Parties or events or you maybe be removed from property with out a refund and charged an additional $300 cleaning fee.
g) Pet fee of $80 per pet non refundable.
#7 You ensure you have a crime free record and wont carry any weapons to the property
#8 Any Violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
#9 You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property or host business because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur
#10 If any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs .
#11 Property has a deep pool, bring kids at own risk and never leave un attended at any times. Host is not responsible for anything that may happen as a result.
#12 There are 4 out door security cameras recording 24/7. 3 Facing front of the home and 1 facing the pool and patio.
#13 NEVER disconnect or remove pool vacuum/ cleaner from water. This may lead to permanent damages to the pool pump system.
#14 Common house insects in AZ found are not grounds for refund. Please limit amount of time doors and windows are opened. Rain and extreme heat may also increase chances of insects finding their way indoors.
#15 For any Maintenance request or emergencies you agree to allow us or any of our maintenance team to enter and access the property to remediate the issue.
#16 Do not disconnect, tamper or remove any propane tanks. For us to compensate any issues that occur during your trip, they must be brought up immediately. Any issues that are brought up at the end of the trip will have 0% chance of compensation.
#17 Due to COVID-19, cleaning fee is required as we want to follow proper procedures for future guests, for the safety of your health & others.
