Enjoy the elevated view of Mount Swansea, Chisel Peak, and the Fairmont Mountain Range from this newly finished, luxurious home. Perched above all the neighboring houses in this conveniently located development only a 25-minute drive to Panorama Mountain Resort and a 7-minute drive to Windermere Beach or downtown Invermere. Feast in the vaulted dining wing surrounded by large windows providing the best views in the house. Relax in the private 5-person hot tub, off one of three decks, surrounded by nature. Unwind with a candlelit bubble bath in the 6’ soaker tub or a double shower in the regal master ensuite. Chat over a fire using the propane fire table on the large, covered front deck. Entertain yourself with the pool table, several supplied board games, 65” TV or the eye-catching wet bar. This house is decorated with art from all over the world and unique custom chosen pieces to dazzle you. The gold accents and plentiful amenities are sure to make you feel like royalty during your stay at Panoramic Palace.
We custom built this home in 2021 for our principal residence and are happy to share it with you for your vacation getaway.
Upper Floor
The open concept dining, kitchen and living room is ideal for entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen including an induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils will inspire the chef in you. One of the back decks is off the dining wing with a view of Mount Swansea. There is a wood fireplace in the living room; however, we apologize that use of it is not permitted due to fire safety.
The master suite has double french doors leading onto one of the back decks where the hot tub awaits. Have a great sleep in the comfortable king bed with lots of pillows. The ensuite bathroom showcases a gold, waterfall faucet sink and a double shower surrounded with floor to ceiling tile. Adjacent to the shower is a 6’ soaker tub where you can enjoy a candlelit bubble bath or epsom salt soak.
The study has plenty of desk space, books to read, space to lengthen to some yoga, or even settle your mind with meditation on a kneeling stool. Easily pull the cabinet handles to reveal a double murphy bed that gives you a view of the night sky while laying in bed. The half bath is across the hall.
The spacious laundry room has cabinets holding detergent and extra towels. There is a closet rod to dry or hang your clothes.
A custom made alder door leads you to a large covered front deck with a BBQ and propane fire table to enjoy.
Lower Level
There is plenty of parking space in the driveway for several vehicles. The walk-out brings you into the home through double french doors. An open concept TV room, pool table, and Colombian inspired wet bar makes for the perfect entertainment area. Several board games are available which can be found in the bottom drawer of the wet bar.
The bedroom on this floor has a comfortable queen bed with reading lights, desk with a sewing machine, and a large walk-in closet. Down the hall is a beautiful nature inspired full bathroom.
An automatic blow up queen air mattress with bedding is supplied in the TV room as an extra bed if needed.
