Living Room
The living room features a big-screen TV with an Apple TV that can be used to stream your favourite shows. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. The large couch and nesting chair are perfect for gathering friends and family. The gas fireplace located in the center of the living room ensures the perfect spot to nestle up after a long day in the mountains or makes it the perfect spot to gather with friends and family.

This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

There is a washer and dryer available for your use. You will find them downstairs. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
Parking
Guests will have access to the double-car garage and the driveway space for the duration of their stay.

Panorama Transportation
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at AG Valley Foods just a couple minutes away. The first shuttle is at 9:21 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:56 PM.
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
