Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Kanab's exclusive neighborhood with access to community pools, hot tub and dog park. The rear yard is fully landscaped and offers spectacular views of the surrounding red rock country. This home benefits from dedicated green space beyond the rear garden which adds to the sensation of peaceful and uncrowded living. A community pool, spa, gym & game room are available to guests.
The Space:
All amenities are open 7 days a week. Outdoor pool is the exception for the winter. Outdoor Pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May. Daily cleaning from 8AM- 9AM. The clubhouse is closed during this hour to ensure sanitation and undisturbed time for cleaner.
We offer a free concierge with some great recommendations:) Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area, centrally located among Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), Zion National Park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kodachrome Basin, Lake Powell, the Wave, Horseshoe Bend and so much more.
We are central to Zion, Bryce and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is just a few minutes away.
This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :)

The Neighborhood:
The La Estancia residential development was started in 2006 and is a beautiful neighborhood in the northeast section of Kanab, located in Tom’s Canyon. In years past, Tom's Canyon was one of the settings for movies and television programs filmed in and around Kanab. The neighborhood can easily be recognized by its waterwheel round-about entryway at the east end of 300 North Street. In Spanish, La Estancia means a farm, a ranch, or estate.
The clubhouse has an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi SPA open year-round, and an outdoor pool that is open in summer months. Outdoor Pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May. Next to the clubhouse is a picnic table and children’s playground area, an outdoor fire pit, a covered entertainment area, and an ample parking lot.
La Estancia has one of the finest dog parks in the U.S.A. It is large enough for many large dogs to run to their hearts content without any crowding. It was the very first dog park to be officially “certified” by Best Friends Animal Society, Inc. This certification was done in 2007. The park is beautiful. Dogs just love it! By the way, the world famous Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is just 5 miles north of La Estancia (visitors are welcome).
The neighborhood includes retirees, young families, seasonal residents, and residents that are active in church and community. The La Estancia residents are people who love Kanab and the beauty of the Vermillion cliffs, and nearby attractions such as Bryce, Zion, and Grand Canyon National Parks, Lake Powell, the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and the Grand Staircase - Escalante National Monuments. Folks often hike to see the nearby rock art - petroglyphs and pictographs. They work hard to help each other and to keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful. We believe, of course, that La Estancia is one of the nicest neighborhoods anywhere in the world.
Getting Around:
From La Estancia, you can walk or bike to almost everything in town. Its a few blocks to our town's park and you can hike directly from the neighborhood onto trails leading up to the cliffs surrounding us.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE VERY STRICT CC&R's ESTABLISHED IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. IF ANY OF THE RULES ARE BROKEN THERE WILL BE A FINE DUE FOR EVERYDAY THE RULES ARE NOT ABIDED. FINES CAN BE ANYWHERE BETWEEN $100- $500.
Rules for La Estancia Community:
-There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You are welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
-If you bring ATV’s they CAN NOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.
-Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
-Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.
Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it! :) If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.
Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
