A 3 bedroom 2 bath home, furnished with King and 2 Queen beds, 1 Queen and King bedroom also have TV's in the rooms. The only smart TV is in the living room with a Bose sound system. The King has its own bathroom with a Large and spacious tub and Huge tile shower with a tile seat in the corner. The master bed room also has a door that goes onto the patio to enjoy the early morning sunrise. Enjoy the view from the comfortable reclining chairs looking out the large pane windows facing the cliffs. The master bath room has a spacious walk in shower and a large soak tub.
There is a great patio with outdoor table with four cushioned chairs and two more comfortable chairs for dining and enjoyment of the beautiful views of the coral mountains. A gas fire pit to keep warm and roast marshmallows and a gas grill for a steak or hamburger fry during the cool evenings.
There is a city pool with lazy river and slides a few blocks away during summer months. The club house is also a few blocks away and a small indoor and out side pool is available. Please follow the rules.
For those that love to hike and see the views up front, hiking trails are less than a block away taking you up Toms Canyon. For those that love the thrill of 4 wheeling, Hogs canyon and the pink coral sand dunes are just minutes away. Kanab is a quiet and cute little town known as Little Hollywood where many Westerns and TV shows were filmed.
Down town Kanab is a fun little town to walk through and read about all the stars that were in films of that area.
The Old TV show, Gun Smoke was filmed in Johnson Canyon near by and the set is still standing and fun to drive to and see.
It is the gateway to North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, Lake Powell, Grand Staircase National Monument and close to Bryce Canyon. Saint George is only one hour and 15 min away. On your way to Saint George, Pipe Springs Fort is a great stop to see the history of the area and the old Fort is fun to walk through.
