Get away from the hustle and bustle. This 5 bedroom, 5,400 sqft, house has plenty of space for large groups. 4 Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and one has a vanity bathroom down the hall. The fun starts in the basement decked-out with shuffleboard, darts, ping pong, wrap-around couch and big screen TV, mini gym, and a Home Theater. We have a 17 foot swim spa that is big enough to be a used as a pool. It's covered at night so you can heat it to any temp you want up to 104 deg. Its great for kids and adults! Close to the Four Seasons and world-famous Troon North golf course, we are nestled amongst some of Scottsdale's biggest and best ranches. The drive is on a scenic dirt road with the McDowell Sonoran Preserve on one side and ranches, open land, and a scattering of houses on the other. You can walk, bike, horseback, or ATV straight from the house to one of the nearby trailheads in the Preserve or Tonto National forest. If you love the natural terrain of Scottsdale, you will love this house! We are so secluded, you won't see any people, it's just you and the animals that live in and around the preserve. You have to see this property to experience the beauty!
