During the wintertime (October 1st through April 30th), guests have the option to Heat the swimming pool for $150 extra per night and the pool temperature range can be between 75-85 degrees depending on the nightly temperatures. Please note that we require 48-hour advanced notice AND the option is only available for the full length of your stay. If your party opts in, the additional charge must be paid before arrival.
During the summertime, June/July/August, since the temps during the day reach 110-115, we do not heat the pool nor do we heat the hot tub. Please be mindful of this.

WILDLIFE: This home is located in the desert so there will be wildlife around the property. Since this home is on an acre of land - we have landscapers come once a week to sweep the property and perform routine maintenance. Please be aware that there are rattlesnakes, coyotes, javelina, horned toads and pack rats that may roam the property. If you see a rattlesnake, please contact me immediately and do not touch it. I will call the fire department and they will come and take it away from the property. We have had instances in the past where pack rats get attracted to the pool lights and fall in. If you see one in the pool, please scoop it out with the pool net immediately.
