- The pool can be heated for an additional $250- $275 (depending on season) per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry
- Pool is heated to 90°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days
- The spa can be heated for an additional $80 per night, so please request with your inquiry
- Caretaker may be on property in the guest house or out by the barn, they will not be in the main house or pool area in the backyard
- Living room sliding glass doors are not operational during the summer season
- Farm dogs may be at the property

- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
