This spectacular villa has been recently refurbished throughout and is to be found at the Manor at West Haven, a gated community of just 57 executive homes at the head of a long tree lined driveway.
This development is regarded by many as the premier development in the area, with a tennis court, children’s play area and a communal pool/Clubhouse on site.
Champions Gate is close at hand, with its Greg Norman designed golf courses, fine array of shops, including a Publix supermarket, and a range of bars, restaurants and cafes. Posner Park shopping mall is just 10 minutes away off the I27/I4, with a range of fast food and dining restaurants on the way and on site.
We are ideally located for the theme parks, being just a 15/20 minute drive from the Disney parks and a 35/40 minute drive from Universal.

The oversize lot with its large SWIMMING POOL and 8 person SPA, has an extensive range of pool-side furniture, an outdoor shower and a pool side bathroom.
There is also a BBQ, available for a small charge.
To complete the picture outdoors, the outside lanai area boasts a 50” wall mounted TV!
The open plan interior of the villa has been completely refurbished throughout and the overall quality and feel genuinely is fabulous and one of luxury … you will be amazed at the space and accommodation on offer!
The family/living area has triple patio doors (that fully retract) making the inside/outside spaces easily combine, and new seating and decor with a 70” TV for your entertainment.
The dining area boasts a new, formal, 8 place dining set which is next to a huge, fully fitted kitchen, complete with bar stools for informal dining.
Off the kitchen/utility room is a fantastic GAMES ROOM which really is one of a kind … a fully formed room, with tiled floor, wall mounted plasma TV, a slate pool table & air hockey.
The first (of two) master suites has double patio doors with direct access onto the pool deck and has a separate closet and dressing area. Both master suites are beautifully fitted and furnished with KING SIZE beds, plasma TV's, with en-suites for both being large, beautifully appointed bathrooms boasting twin vanity's with granite countertops, separate bath tubs and separate walk-in shower cubicles.
There are a further two bedrooms, one offering twin beds and the other two sets of bunk beds, which share an adjoining bathroom with a granite countertop and a bath with shower over.
To complete the picture indoors there is a home office, with a large desk area and we also have a direct Ethernet Internet connection via a Cat 5e cable for your use in this office area. There are board games and activities for the children to enjoy.
Free internet use is available throughout the villa.
The home is alarmed and has a safe fitted for your smaller personal items.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
