This property is located on the SECURED GATED COMMUNITY of The Shire, West Haven surrounded by conservation in Davenport near Champions Gate. It boasts 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a superb private pool and spa.

There are two lounges, the first is situated at the front of the home and offers a great quite area for you to relax after a day in the parks, read a book or plan the activities for the next day.
The Family Room is situated at the rear of the home and includes a large flat screen TV with a generous corner seating unit and chair, which will be the ideal place for the family to unwind after a long day in the parks and perhaps catch a game.
The High End Kitchen is fully equipped and can cater for all your needs, from a light lunch or quick breakfast which can be taken at the cozy nook which overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on the younger guests.
The Dining Area is beautifully designed and is perfect for more formal meals where you can gather and catch up on the day’s events.
The bedrooms continue the elegant and luxury design of the home and will be perfect for you and your guests to enjoy some privacy to watch a film, read a book and simply relax and unwind before joining the rest of your party for dinner.

There is a covered Lanai area that includes a table and chairs, ideal for a lazy breakfast or to dine alfresco after a day in the parks. It’s also a lovely place to enjoy the conservation view from the pool deck with a glass of something cold and refreshing each evening as the sun goes down.

The Shire at West Haven is located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida and only 15 minutes from Disney World.West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities.As you enter West Haven, you drive down beautifully manicured driveways, maintained throughout the year with new shrubs for each season. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Shires is the newest of the subdivisions on the estate, built around a small central conservation area.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at £160 per week for both. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.
